We are excited to represent SEIBU CNC WIRE EDM MACHINES. These are the only wire edm’s still completely built in Japan, hand scrapped for ULTRA PRECISION wire cutting work. From the M35B with pitch cutting accuracy to +/- 3um and the UltraMM50B to pitch cutting accuracy +/- 1um. Options like Thermal Adjust 24, EL Coating and Small Hole Burner. Seibu has over 45 years’ experience compiled in wire edm knowledge. 3 Types, 7 Models – MB Series, MMB Series, and the UltraMMB. Fanuc controls with over 4,000 edm sub routines in the controls. Each machine is set up by a technician from Japan with 3 days of set up training and sample plate test. We can deal on these EDM’s!
